Rob Bresnahan Launches First Ad in PA-08 Campaign

Pittston, PA – Rob Bresnahan, Republican candidate for Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional District, today launched his first campaign ad in the race for Pennsylvania’s 8th District encompassing Northeast PA. The ad, entitled “Heavy Equipment,” focuses on Rob’s background and deep roots in the district and will run district-wide on television.

“The people of northeastern Pennsylvania finally deserve a representative who puts their needs above politics,” said Rob Bresnahan. “Unlike Congressman Cartwright, who votes for the extreme Biden-Harris agenda 100% of the time, I will always vote for what’s best for Northeastern PA, regardless of the politics. Our communities finally deserve a voice in Congress who understands their struggles and is committed to making life better for everyone here.”

The ad can be viewed HERE or by clicking below.

Below is a script of “Heavy Equipment.”

“Raised in Wyoming Borough in hockey pads and heavy equipment.
A third-generation union electrical contractor.
Rob Bresnahan stayed here.
Helping grow his family business to over 150 local jobs.
Reinvesting in our communities.
And caring for those in need.
Now Rob Bresnahan is running for Congress.
To finally secure the border.
Make life affordable again.
And put northeastern Pennsylvanian families first.”

The race for Pennsylvania’s 8th District is expected to be one of the seats most likely to flip in November. According to Decision Desk HQ, Bresnahan has a 61% chance of defeating six-term Congressman Matt Cartwright. The non-partisan Cook Political Report rates PA-08 as a toss-up.
